Nice clean place with great food. The server was very helpful, especially for the people with me who had not experienced hot pot before. They have a great build your own dipping sauce bar with many choices of ingredients.

I have wanted to try this for a while, but have been unlucky they have been closed for one reason or another each time I was in the area. I didn't really know what to order, but settled on the fried dumplings (10) and the House Hot Pot with pork and a side of soy egg. I was able to split the dumplings with my friend. There were very good and I appreciated the dipping sauce. The Hot Pot was ok until the server suggested adding some soy and sesame oil. I also chose to add some garlic. It really kicked up the flavor and was tasty. My friend got the Chicken Herb Soup and he really enjoyed it. When I come back, I am going to try it. The server was very helpful. He explained the options, and how it all worked. He came back several times to fill out drinks and make sure were enjoying our experience. While the setup was for a strip mall, the decor was not old and out-dated. It felt new and refreshed. It is a great place for a quick lunch bite.

Absolutely delicious, the service was so wonderful and our waitress was the sweetest! She was amazing with my kids and so very helpful. The establishment is clean and decorated very tasteful. We loved it on our trip to Tucson.

Enjoyed my first Tucson hotpot experience at E-hot pot! It was so great to have it with my parents. Can't wait to try it again soon!

What a beyond expected experience today at eHotPot. With our individual burners on, we were all given our choice of hot pot meals. I ordered the curry meal. A lovely curry broth, giant shrimp,corn on the cob, fish cakes, yams and more delights were boiling away as we were also given sides of beef, meatballs, quail eggs and noodles to add to our pots. I feel like I experienced something well beyond the norm. Our server was attentive and Wendy the owner was so helpful and kind. It's new and lovely inside. I can't wait to take my husband tomorrow!!!! So much to experience in this new find! My chardonnay was tasty also We had much food to take home.

First time here and the food and service was excellent!! I got the miso hot pot and shared with my 8 year old and it was more than enough. Made sure to order a couple of other sides but the broth and meat and sides were delicious! Sauce bar had great options and the inside was clean and open. I loved that the ventilation was really good and we didn't leave smelling of food. Definitely will come back!

My son took me here today for a mid-afternoon bite. We shared the vegetarian dumplings-delicious and a good amount of them as well. I had the cold sesame paste noodles with chicken and he had the same dish but with tofu. It was so good and absolutely hit the spot. I added some cilantro, jalapeños and green onions as well as chili sauce and fish sauce. We both ate every bite and enjoyed it immensely. Can't wait to try some of the other dishes. The service was prompt and friendly and the decor was really nice. It would have been even better with a cold beer on this sweltering afternoon, but they won't have beer here until after their summer vacation. I'll be back for sure!

I was surprised how nice and neat this place is! Everything looks clean and new. Well maintained dining room. Tables and chairs are clean. Our server, Andrew is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. He's very attentive and patient to our needs. Food is good and priced just right. Next time, we'll try more and make sure we'll come hungry. I highly recommend this place.

Andrew was our server and he was extremely kind and helpful since it was our first time. Casual clean and quiet. So thrilled we tried this place. Flavorful, fast, and there is something for everyone. Can't wait to try the hotpot next.

Nice atmosphere and interior. Wait staff was very friendly and helpful in answering questions about the menu and giving suggestions. The food itself was good, but a bit bland. I do like the "spice bar", which allows you to add some flavor to your soup base, but I was hoping for a bit more flavor, not necessarily more spicy-ness. Went with one of the pre-set hot pots, but if I go again I would consider making my own as there were a lot of ingredients I personally wasn't a fan of in the pre-set ones. Overall a really fun experience and would definitely recommend trying it out at least once!
